BrainAssistant ships the ProComp driver and checks the driver setup each time ProComp is selected. Install Thought Technology drivers repeats the setup on demand; it is in the connection popup (top right) while ProComp is selected, and in Settings → Advanced → Setup.

ProComp driver setup and automatic connection Improved
- BrainAssistant ships the updated ProComp driver and checks the driver setup each time ProComp is selected. An outdated, missing or wrongly located driver registration is repaired automatically (Windows may ask for administrator approval), and “Install drivers” in the ProComp settings repeats the setup on demand.
- After an update or a driver repair, or when the amplifier is attached only after ProComp was selected, the connection is established automatically without restarting BrainAssistant or reselecting ProComp. Automatic retries never repeat an installation that needs administrator approval; use “Install drivers” for that.
